QUICK PANEER
SHIMLA MIRCH
INGREDIENTS:-
Paneer – 300
gms
Capsicum – 1
big
Onion – 1
Tomato – 1
Oil – 2 tb
sp
Cumin seed –
1 tsp
Turmeric
powder – ½ tsp
Red chilli
powder – ½ tsp
Salt – as
per taste
Garam masala
– ½ tsp
Method:-
Cut paneer
into cubes, keep aside.
Cut capsicum
into cubes, keep aside.
Puree
tomato, keep aside.
Chop onion
finely
Now heat oil
in a pan, put in cumin seeds, when it
starts making crackling sound add onion
and fry till light pink.
Add ginger
garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and fry for two minutes.
Add tomato
puree and fry,now add capsicum and mix ,lower the heat and cover the pan for a
minute. We do not need to cook capsicum for long, otherwise it will lose its
texture and won’t taste good.
Remove
cover, add garam masala and paneer and mix well,cook another minute and turn
off the heat.
Serve with
roti or paratha.
